This Plant Can Survive Winter With Little To No Protection

This plant is considered deer-resistant and incredibly tough, growing even in USDA zones 4a to 9b. Although this plant grows extremely beautifully and creeps up my fence, it is becoming too invasive. The aromatic blooms of this shrub even draw bees. However, overall, there are rarely any significant pest or disease issues with this plant.
